1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and towns via reliable courier partners. If your area is out of service coverage, our team will contact you for an alternative solution.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 200 applies to all orders, regardless of order amount.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be included in your total payment amount.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment using the link provided.
5. Order Confirmation and Verification
All orders are confirmed via call or message before dispatch. Orders with incorrect or incomplete contact information may be delayed or canceled.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD is available for eligible orders. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated order rejections may lead to account restrictions.
7. Delays and Liability
Yousaf.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the risk is transferred to the customer.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs. We will contact you to re-arrange delivery.
