🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.

✔️ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return is only applicable in case of a valid issue, such as a manufacturing defect.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags, inserts, and documentation

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Products purchased on sale or during promotions
  • Color variations due to lighting or screen settings
  • Orders where the item has been used, washed, or repacked
  • If you refuse the parcel at delivery, refund or exchange will not be applicable
  • Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer

💸 Refund Process

  • A cash refund is offered only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection of the returned item.

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing starts.
  • After shipment, cancellations are not accepted, but the order may qualify for exchange as per our return policy.

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Stock unavailability
  • Technical errors in pricing
  • Payment issues

🌍 International Orders

  • At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
  • If the wrong or damaged item is received, contact our team immediately with clear photos of the item, packaging, and invoice.
